CUSTOM MESSAGE:

Include for special notices, if necessary

for example:  "I am currently away from my desk, but your call is important to me"

ANNOUNCEMENT 01:

The first level of choices.

ANNOUNCEMENT 02:

The second level of choices

The caller will be asked to enter and verify a phone number.

ANNOUNCEMENT 03:

End the call with advise

"Thank you for calling the office of  John S. I will return your call as soon as possible.  Thank you.  Goodbye"

Note: Incorrect choices will route the caller back to first announcement

The phone number from the Caller IDTM is repeated to the caller.

" press 2 to enter the phone number that you would like me to call.  If you do not need an immediate call back, press 3 and leave a voice message and I will return your call as soon as possible.  If you need to reach me immediately, press 4"
